NEW CLIENTS: Welcome! We require all new clients to book in for a free 15-minute virtual Initial Consultation with the therapist of your choice. Please select the therapist of your choice to bring up their schedule. If they have no availability, please add yourself to their wait-list and either they or our admin will be in touch shortly.

We also ask for credit card information at the end of your booking. If this creates a barrier to your booking experience, then please send us an email at admin@christinajaniga.com to let us know you would like to book an Initial Consultation.

To add yourself to the wait-list, select the therapist of your choice which will bring up their booking page. Pick the session of your choice from the left-hand side of the page (Initial Consultation). When the therapist calendar appears, just below it you will see “Can’t find a time? Add yourself to the wait list.” Click on this and complete the requested information. Once added to the wait-list, the therapist will be in touch to schedule you in. Please note: Christina’s waitlist can be extensive at times and your request will be forwarded to her interns to follow up and explore needs, help answer any questions, and options for next steps and/or referrals.

EMDR INTENSIVE PROGRAM: Our EMDR therapists are Christina, Justine, and Natalie. Our initial consultations are provided by a general EMDR intensive program screening which includes a 15 minute free virtual consultation. This is completed by any of our therapists on our team, reviewed by Christina, and then followed up with recommendations, next steps, and/or referrals. Please indicate that you are looking for EMDR therapy services or EMDR intensive program when booking your initial consultation.

RETURNING CLIENTS: Please select your therapist of your choice to bring up their schedule. If they have no availability, please add yourself to their wait-list and they will be in touch shortly!

Psychotherapy is based on a therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. It focuses on helping you identify negative beliefs, emotions, and behaviours that interfere with your life. Through psychotherapy, you can learn new skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and process difficult emotions.

Our primary role as psychotherapists is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to be heard and understood. Our other role is to guide you through mental health difficulties and provide you with the tools, resources, strategies, and insight you need to make personal changes happen. Together, we find ways for you to understand, address, and overcome psychological struggles so that you can grow, develop, and get back to doing the things you love.

Psychotherapy services are currently offered by Christina Janiga, Chloe Hull and Shirley Watchorn .
